Silver Miller is Hiring: In-House Marketing OfficerLocation: Boca Raton, FL (Hybrid/In-Office Preferred)Full-Time | Benefits IncludedSalary: $50,000 – $80,000 (Based on Experience)Silver Miller, a nationally recognized law firm focused on high-stakes fraud recovery and complex litigation, is seeking an experienced in-house Marketing Officer to lead and oversee the firm's digital marketing and growth initiatives.This is not an entry-level social media role. We are looking for a strategic, execution-oriented marketing professional who understands how to drive measurable growth, oversee vendors, improve lead quality, and manage a sophisticated legal marketing infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:• Oversee and optimize Google PPC campaigns, AdWords, SEO, website management, and digital advertising strategies• Manage and evaluate performance across Meta, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and other digital channels• Monitor lead generation, conversion metrics, marketing ROI, and campaign effectiveness• Coordinate and manage outside marketing vendors and consultants• Improve website performance, SEO health, and online brand consistency• Develop and execute new growth strategies, funnels, and digital campaigns• Oversee online reputation management and review strategies• Build reporting systems and scorecards to track KPIs and growth initiatives• Work directly with firm leadership to align marketing efforts with firm revenue goalsIdeal Candidate:• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with law firms or professional services• Strong experience managing Google PPC and SEO campaigns• Proven understanding of website analytics, lead tracking, and conversion optimization• Experience managing marketing teams and third-party vendors• Highly organized, accountable, and data-driven• Ability to think strategically while also executing day-to-day initiativesBenefits:• Competitive salary based on experience• Health and other benefits• Long-term growth opportunity with a respected litigation firm• Collaborative and entrepreneurial work environmentTo apply, please submit your resume along with a brief statement explaining why you would be a strong fit for this role.
