General Labor - 1st Shift

Job Title: General Labor / Packaging & Display Associate Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Packaging and Display Associate to join our team. This role involves building displays, packaging products, and sorting through boxes to ensure quality. The ideal candidate will be comfortable being on their feet for the duration of their shift and able to follow directions closely. Key Responsibilities: Construct displays and package products using various materials. Sort through boxes to identify good and defective products. Handle a variety of packaging materials, including shrink wraps, containers, tapes/stretch films, and various box types (flexible, foam, paper, etc.). Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals. Qualifications: Must have reliable transportation – NOT accessible by bus. Ability to lift and move items as required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions. Comfortable standing for the entire shift. Prior experience in packaging or manufacturing is a plus but not required. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 30-50 lbs. throughout entire shift. Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
