Responsibilities Lead complex, multi-disciplinary programs across industries —spanning traditional delivery and advanced AI/ML, GenAI, and automation — while ensuring the client’s delivery standards and client expectations are met Define and manage product, AI, and delivery roadmaps in partnership with executive stakeholders, solution architects, and clients’ AI Centers of Excellence Provide strong technical and delivery leadership across architecture, engineering, QA, Agile, and AI capabilities to drive scalable, secure, and compliant enterprise solutions Own critical technology and architecture decisions, including the integration of AI to improve scalability, efficiency, and user experience Transparently track and communicate progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to executive stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle Build, lead, and mentor high-performing cross-functional teams while promoting AI-first methodologies in design, estimation, testing, and operations Identify and implement standardization, process optimization, and best practices across delivery and AI-driven initiatives to improve productivity and quality Support regional delivery strategy, pre-sales, and business development by contributing to solutioning and executive-level client interactionsRequirements 15+ years of experience in software delivery, including 10+ years in senior roles such as a hands-on Delivery Lead, Solution/Enterprise Architect/Software Engineer, or Technical Lead within professional services Senior-level leadership overseeing large-scale, complex engineering initiatives for enterprise clients, from pre-sales through execution Strong technical foundation across software delivery management, solution architecture, SDLC, and Agile/Kanban/Waterfall methodologies Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and align diverse stakeholders to achieve high-quality delivery outcomes Exceptional executive client management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills Advancing expertise in AI/ML, LLMs, GenAI, vector databases, MLOps, and AI governance, with experience integrating AI into major digital transformation programs Strategic vision to guide executives on AI adoption, architecture, investment, and enterprise operating models, leveraging AI tools to enhance decision-making and productivity Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field (Master’s preferred) or equivalent experience, supported by relevant advanced certificationsWe offer/Benefits Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance (Subsidized) Health Savings Account Flexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare, Dependent Care, Commuter) Short-Term and Long-Term Disability (Company Provided) Life and AD&D Insurance (Company Provided) Employee Assistance Program Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions Matched 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Paid Time Off Legal Plan and Identity Theft Protection Accident Insurance Employee Discounts Pet Insurance Employee Stock Purchase Program
