We provide a comprehensive range of essential facility management services to over 1,000 clients across various sectors, inclusive of commercial and government buildings, residential communities, schools, industrial facilities, transportation hubs, and retail outlets throughout the East Coast and New England.The RoleMost/all of the following service tasks are to be completed daily depending on your role.Schedule: Tuesday through SaturdayShift: 9:00am - 6:00pm (1 Hour Lunch)Pay rate: $25.00 - $27.00 / hrResponsibilities & SkillsRepair systems such as HVAC, heating, refrigeration, water, and energy as necessaryRepair bathroom fixtures such as sinks, bathtubs and toilet as necessaryMaintain and/or replace integral fixtures such as door hardware, compactors, and trash chutes.Maintain quality of paint in equipment rooms as well as other building facilitiesPerform general electrical work as necessaryPerform general carpentry work as necessaryPerform general maintenance and cleaning in mechanical spaces and perimeter inductions unitsInspect fire safety systems for any potential issues to functioningMaintain and repair sanitary sewer systems such as sump pumps, basins, water closets, urinals and pipingMaintain and repair all kitchen equipment, excluding any equipment owned by tenantsRemain available in the instance that the superintendent of the building is unavailableComplete assigned “work orders”, including, but not limited to: moving of office-related furniture, equipment and supplies on an as-needed basis; requests for delivery of extra bottles of water for water coolers during the day; and cleaning the interiors of small office refrigerators and defrost periodically.
