Registered Nurse RN - Surgery Center - Advanced Pain Management

Join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals at Advanced Pain Management as a Registered Nurse in our Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC). We are seeking compassionate and skilled RNs to deliver high-quality care to patients in our pre-op, recovery, and surgical settings.What You'll Do:Supervise and provide direct patient care in clinical, recovery, and/or OR settingsMonitor patients pre- and post-operatively, including vital signs, cardiac and respiratory statusAssist physicians with procedures and patient positioning, including use of C-arm and other equipmentStart IVs, monitor fluids, and manage port-a-cathsObtain and organize patient information, labs, and diagnostic resultsRespond to medical emergencies using crash carts, defibrillators, and emergency medicationsMaintain a clean, safe, and professional environment, ensuring compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and facility policiesSupport quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a collaborative, patient-focused workplaceWhat We’re Looking For:Education & Licensure:Graduate of an accredited nursing programCurrent, active RN license in good standingCPR Certification (Healthcare Provider level)Preferred Experience:Minimum 1 year of critical care experience (preferred, not required)Familiarity with ASC or surgical/recovery environments is a plusSkills & Traits:Proficiency in patient monitoring equipment and emergency response protocolsSkilled in IV therapy and sterile techniquesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environmentTech-savvy with working knowledge of EMR systems, phones, fax, and office equipmentWhy Join Us?At Advanced Pain Management, we are committed to patient-centered care and a collaborative team environment.
