CMM Operator
Job Description
Hunting, Dearborn Division is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented CMM Operator to join our team in Fryeburg, ME. Our second shift CMM Operator will perform first piece, in process, and final inspections utilizing our Zeiss coordinate measuring machines. In addition to these duties, this individual will perform in process mechanical measurements at the machine using hand tools, and sign inspection equipment in and out of the gage crib when required. A positive attitude, solid work ethic, and good problem-solving skills are required.

Responsibilities
Operate coordinate measurement machines to verify in process and finished product.
Print and save completed CMM reports, notifying project management and area supervision when a deviation is found.
Perform in-process mechanical measurements at the machine using hand tools.
Set up and issue inspection equipment to manufacturing when required.
Keep work areas clean and orderly.
Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum of one year in a precision manufacturing and or quality inspection role.
Computer literacy and basic proficiency with MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Experience with automated coordinate measuring machines and Calypso software is preferred.

Work Environment/Conditions
Monday through Thursday, Second Shift, 10 to 12 hours per shift.
Pristine, climate-controlled facility, equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and equipment.
Noise level in work environment is typically low to moderate.
