Senior Manager, Compensation Product Lead
Takeda Pharmaceuticals USA, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Compensation Product Lead - Workday in Exton, PA to partner with all stakeholders including Center of Expertise, HR Business Partners and Data Digital and Technology leaders to understand the business strategy and architect solutions based on best practices. Up to 20% domestic travel required for team collaboration meetings, project workshops, and conferences. Up to 75% remote work allowed. The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location. U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives.
