You'll advocate for your residents at every stage of care, making sure that we go above and beyond for them every single day.Scope Of ResponsibilityResponsible for overseeing and coordinating resident admissions. Provide consistent high-quality care by identifying resident needs and progress, medical assessments and promotion of team approach to resident care. Believe in the values of customer-centered service, stewardship, ethical conduct and reflection, open communication, and fair treatment of all residents, family and team members. Also responsible to the residents and families served.Job DutiesEnsure compliance with applicable standards and maintain efficient resident information in accordance with established policies and proceduresOversee the in-patient/out-patient functions, bed assignments, and completion of preliminary paperwork for entering patients.Develop healthcare nursing plans in coordination with the clinicians or doctors. Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, team member feedback sessions, charting, etc. as necessary. Participate in the development, maintenance, and implementation of the facility’s quality assurance program for the Nursing Services Department.Position RequirementsRegistered Nurse or LPN, licensed to practice in the state of Ohio. Must maintain license as required by the facility or the state. Clinical experience with older persons preferable.
