Forklift Operator (Swing Reach & Cherry Picker)

Job Description We are currently seeking experienced Forklift Operators for a temp-to-hire opportunity in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment. Candidates must have recent hands-on experience operating both Swing Reach (Turret Truck) and Cherry Picker forklifts. Safety, accuracy, and productivity are essential in this role.A valid Forklift Certification is REQUIRED.ScheduleM - F, 7 AM - 4 PM, including overtime and weekends as needed.Pay: $19/ HrKey ResponsibilitiesOperate Swing Reach/Turret Truck forklifts safely and efficientlyOperate Cherry Picker forklifts at elevated heightsPull, stage, move, and replenish inventory throughout the warehouseAccurately pick and scan orders using RF scanners or warehouse systemsLoad and unload materials while maintaining inventory accuracyPerform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concernsFollow all warehouse safety procedures and OSHA guidelinesMaintain a clean and organized work environmentAssist with general warehouse duties as neededQualificationsMUST have recent experience operating both Swing Reach and Cherry Picker forkliftsValid Forklift Certification REQUIREDMinimum 1–2 years of forklift operating experience preferredExperience working in warehouse, logistics, or distribution environmentsComfortable working at elevated heightsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periodsStrong attention to detail and safety awarenessReliable attendance and punctuality requiredTemp-to-Hire OpportunityThis is a temporary-to-hire position with the opportunity for permanent placement based on attendance, performance, and business needs.Work EnvironmentWarehouse/distribution setting
