Cnc OperatorMasterson Staffing has teamed up with our very valued client to hire a CNC Operator in Stanchfield, MN. This is a temp-to-hire position with a growing company looking to hire full-time dedicated workers. Multiple shifts: Day shift: 7:00 am 3:30 pm Night shift 3:30 pm 12:00 am Pay: DOE Paid weekly!Job Summary: To run production machines, to produce quality parts per customer specificationsJob Requirements:Must be able to pass drug screenPossess basic math skillsAbility to communicate well with others to ensure proper flow of the line.ReliableMust be able to lift from floor to waist, and repetitive movements (hands/wrists)Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Ensure a safe environment for self and others. Demonstrate commitment to safety program.Run CNC MachinesInspect partsComplete reportsRun jobs according to work instructionsKeep the area clean and well organized.Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Must have a good command of the English language, both written and spoken.Mechanical abilityBasic understanding of shop mathBasic micrometer and caliper usage skillsBasic computer skillsPhysical Demands:Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.Must be able to communicate with a variety of people.Ability to handle stressWork Environment: Work is performed in a manufacturing setting where one is exposed to noise, heat, humidity, and cold
