You won't just contribute to projects that matter; you'll grow alongside people who are investing in your success.____________________________________________________________________________________What You BringBachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field required; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degreePM / Senior PM: 10+ years of construction project management experienceProject Executive: 15+ years of experience with demonstrated leadership across multiple projects and teamsProven experience managing core project delivery (financials, schedules, forecasting, and execution)Strong decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environmentsAbility to lead teams, build trust with stakeholders, and drive consistent project resultsBroad understanding of construction operations and project delivery practicesProficiency in Microsoft 365 Office SuiteA valid driver's license may be required; subject to Motor Vehicle Records review for business travelNice to HaveExposure to advanced management or technical training (more critical at senior/executive levels)Application of lean practices and continuous improvement approaches within project deliveryExpanded leadership responsibilities, including mentoring teams and developing future leadersIncreased involvement in multi-project oversight, client relationship management, and business development (Senior PM → Executive progression)Deepening understanding of complex project environments, including scaling from single-project ownership to broader operational leadershipUnsolicited CorrespondenceThe Boldt Group and its subsidiaries engage recruiting agencies exclusively through our Enterprise Support Talent Acquisition team and only when a valid, Boldt approved agreement is in place.
