Skilled Nursing Facility in Swannanoa, NC / NORTH CAROLINA Broad River Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehab (COTA) to join our skilled nursing facility in Swannanoa, NC.Full-Time, open to all disciplines including COTA, OT, PT, PTA, and SLP candidatesPrior Management experience preferredFlexible ScheduleAs the Director of Rehabilitation, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP) in a skilled nursing setting. You’ll manage department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents’ lives.QualificationsCurrent state licensureMaster’s or doctorate’s degree in related field or associate’s degree for Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapy AssistantMinimum of 1 years of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting preferredStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsFamiliarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelinesAt Broad River Rehab we value our staff and their dedication to our mission of making a difference in every resident’s life.
