Outbound Order ProcessorThe Outbound Order Processor plays a critical role in supporting patient care by accurately picking, packing, and preparing medical device implants for shipment. This position ensures order fulfillment while maintaining compliance. You will work on your feet for extended periods, use computer systems and scanning equipment, and contribute to housekeeping tasks such as breaking down boxes to keep the facility organized and efficient.ResponsibilitiesAccurately pick medical device implants and related products from inventory using RF scan guns and warehouse management systems.Carefully pack orders to ensure products are secure, properly labeled, and compliant with shipping and quality requirements.Prepare outbound shipments by verifying order accuracy, completing necessary documentation, and staging orders for carrier pickup.Perform cycle counting and audits to maintain accurate inventory levels and identify discrepancies.Use warehouse management systems, including SAP and WMS, to process orders, update inventory, and complete basic data entry tasks.Support shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading materials and ensuring proper documentation.Assist with general housekeeping tasks such as breaking down boxes, organizing work areas, and keeping the facility clean and orderly.Adapt to changing priorities and tasks, including working flexible hours, overtime, or weekends as required to meet operational needs.Essential SkillsPrevious experience in fast-paced outbound order processing and shipping, with high-volume production exposure required.Prior experience in distribution, warehouse, or order fulfillment environments.Proficiency using RF scan guns and comfort working with scanners and basic computer systems.Experience with warehouse management systems, including SAP and WMS, and basic data entry skills.Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while performing repetitive tasks.Ability to lift and move items weighing approximately 4050 pounds.Strong attention to detail and accuracy when verifying and processing orders.Willingness and ability to work flexible shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed.High school diploma or GED.Why Work Here?You will join a clean, climate-controlled facility that values teamwork, collaboration, and a strong culture focused on doing meaningful work that supports patient care. The warehouse enforces clear policies to maintain focus and safety: cell phones are not allowed on the floor, and headphones are not permitted while working.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Southaven, MS.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.50/hr.
