(1 + required)Previous experience with high-volume callsGood communication skills (verbal and written)MUST BE ABLE TO BE ON CAMERA.Must have QUIET LOCATION in home to work.Reliable internet connection.Computer proficient (able to learn new software and navigate multiple screens)High School Diploma or GED
