Business Analyst
Business AnalystBusiness Analyst must be able to communicate clearly and concisely with diverse audiences, in both oral and written contexts, and should be comfortable giving and receiving feedback. The competencies critical to this position include business analysis and organizational skills, keen attention to detail, effective communication, and a strong understanding of system development life cycle.Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:Manage the deliverable review process; review and validate submitted deliverables for accuracy, quality, work with team to resolve conflict, timely notifications to reviewers or vendor with clear communication on expectation and deadline.Planning, coordinating, and follow-up on deliverables to ensure timely submissions and completion of reviews within the contractual guidelines.Reviews consolidated comments and address any issues identified prior to communicating with the respective parties.Coordinates and facilitates deliverable walk-throughs as needed; scheduling, recording meeting outcome, and follow-up on action items.Responds proactively to requests pertinent to project deliverables status as needed to support the project.Prepares and distributes daily deliverable review reports.Develops and maintains effective relationships with project team members, senior leadership, and stakeholders.Provides professional customer service as a liaison between multiple stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor's degree with 3 years' experience, or equivalentStrong analytic and communication (oral and written) skills necessary to interact with all levels of management.Ability to assess priorities and operate in a flexible manner in order to meet the dynamic needs of the project.Ability to work independently and process quickly, independently prioritizing work activitiesMinimum of 3 years' of experience in business analysis techniques. Expert knowledge of systems and/or business analysis/design concepts.3+ years' experience working in Desktop / Intranet and web environments.Must be self-motivated, well organized and have strong innovation and facilitation skills.Proven oral and written communication skills; excellent business presentation skills; ability to work independently.Proficient in English grammar, usage, mechanics, and composition.Ability to effectively use MS Office tools, including Visio, Project, Word, Excel, MS Access, and PowerPoint.Ability to effectively utilize external vendors and resources throughout the organization.
