Room Concierge Associate
As a Room Concierge Associate in the Conference and Client Center team, you manage all incoming reservation requests for Conference and Client Center spaces, ensuring accurate entry of initial event information into the Event Management System (EMS). You will serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking to book meeting rooms, conferences, trainings, and events, providing a seamless and high-touch customer experience. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal partners will drive business success and elevate our brand reputation.**Job responsibilities**+ Efficiently process all incoming reservation requests for Conference and Client Center spaces, gathering and entering event details into EMS.+ Promptly serve as the primary contact for clients during the reservation process, delivering timely responses and personalized service.+ Collaboratively work with internal partners in catering, audio-visual, and facilities to ensure all event requirements are captured and communicated.+ Proactively support the team in managing annual meeting requests, including those submitted more than six months in advance.+ Appropriately escalate requests for conferences, trainings, and senior management (OC level) events outside standard booking timelines to the Room Concierge Supervisor.+ Expertly master the use of EMS to detail reservations, review incoming requests, and generate accurate reports.+ Clearly maintain professional correspondence between clients, the Room Concierge team, and other stakeholders throughout the booking process.+ Reliably cover essential reception desk functions, including answering calls, responding to emails, and greeting/escorting clients to their meeting rooms as needed.+ Consistently deliver high-level service to event organizers, developing rapport with LOB administrators and meeting contacts to understand and meet their business needs.+ Diligently prioritize new meeting room reservations from online booking tools, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Regularly ensure clients are kept informed about the status of their requests and provide available options as needed.**Required qualifications, capabilities and skills**+ Bachelor's degree required.+ Four plus years' experience in the Hospitality Industry, 5-Star Hotels, Event Planning, or Food & Beverage, with a strong foundation in customer service and organizational skills.+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and colleagues professionally and warmly.+ Ability to manage guest experiences and expectations with tact and diplomacy.+ Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is essential; knowledge of the EMS booking system+ Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and diverse environment.JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
