HR Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our HR department.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Assist with office organisation and maintenance
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Coordinate meetings and events, including making arrangements for catering and equipment
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
