Powder Coater Details: Temp-to-Hire position$20.00/hour Full Time work available Second Shift (Monday through Thursday from 04:00pm to 02:30am) Prepare metal parts for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, masking, and staging materials. Apply powder coat finishes using electrostatic spray equipment. Monitor coating thickness, coverage, and finish quality. Load and unload parts from paint lines, racks, and curing ovens. Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Maintain powder coating equipment and work area in a clean and organized manner. Follow all safety procedures and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE).Assist with material handling and movement of parts throughout the production process. Identify and communicate equipment, quality, or production issues to supervisors. Support other manufacturing operations as needed.
Powder Coater Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous powder coating, industrial painting, or manufacturing experience preferred.
Ability to follow work instructions and quality specifications.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic understanding of measuring tools and quality inspection techniques.
