Program Manager - Data Analytics

For our client, we are seeking a Program Manager - Data Analytics to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a Aerospace & Defense environment.Location: Mclean, VA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $200,000 – $230,000 annuallyResponsibilities Lead planning and execution of program tasks to meet contract goals Monitor and ensure program compliance with specifications and regulations Coordinate with the support team for timely completion of requirements Prepare monthly status reports for clients regarding contract performance Act as the primary liaison for contract-related matters with the COTR Oversee day-to-day management of contract personnel and deliverables Conduct regular meetings for progress reviews and planningQualifications TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required Strong analytical skills with experience in performance measurement principles Intermediate to advanced expertise in data visualization, specifically Tableau Proficiency in SQL and Python programming languages Excellent communication skills for clear presentation of strategies and outcomes Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5-7 years of relevant analytics experienceBenefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Retirement benefits with 401(k) matching Educational reimbursement opportunities Parental leave options Employee stock purchase plan Disability and life insurance Pet insuranceOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
