This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with strong litigation experience who is passionate about advocating for employee and consumer rights through strategic and results-driven representation.The Employment Law Attorney will manage complex matters from pre-litigation through trial preparation and resolution. The position is actively interviewing and provides long-term advancement potential for motivated attorneys.________________________________________Key Responsibilities• Manage employment litigation matters from intake through resolution and trial preparation • Handle pre-suit investigations and evaluate potential employment law claims • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal memoranda • Represent clients in wage and hour disputes, employment discrimination claims, and class action litigation • Conduct legal research and prepare strategic case analyses • Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances • Coordinate with expert witnesses and assist with expert report preparation • Guide clients through all phases of the litigation process while maintaining strong communication • Negotiate settlements and participate in litigation strategy discussions • Manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining attention to detail and responsiveness ________________________________________Qualifications• 20 years of employment litigation experience preferred • Experience handling wage and hour claims or employment class actions is strongly preferred • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school • Active State Bar membership in good standing • Strong legal drafting and motion practice abilities • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to independently manage multiple litigation matters simultaneously • Strong client service orientation and courtroom confidence • Self-motivated professional with long-term career goals in employment litigation • Experience with depositions, mediations, and litigation support processes preferred ________________________________________Culture & Firm AppealThis established litigation firm is widely recognized for its commitment to employee advocacy, consumer rights, and plaintiff-side litigation excellence.
