Physical Therapist Per Diem

This outpatient rehabilitation position offers a dynamic, outpatient setting at a Level 1 trauma center and teaching hospital. The role focuses on orthopedic and primary care, working within a team of highly trained O.T.s, P.T.s, and P.T.A.s. It includes educational opportunities, mentorship, and support for new graduates. The position offers shift differentials: 17% weekday nights, 26% weekend nights, and 15% weekend days, with a starting pay of $51.59/hr. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, educating patients and caregivers, supervising staff and students, documenting care, and ensuring patient safety. Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline, NM Physical Therapist License or temporary license, CPR certification, and relevant experience. The role involves physical demands, including heavy work, and requires adherence to safety protocols. PRN, part-time shift, with flexible hours, is available.
