You'll work with hand and power tools, follow detailed blueprints, and contribute to meeting production goals while maintaining our commitment to quality. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment - no two days are exactly the same.Key Responsibilities:Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to assemble windows to specOperate hand tools and measuring equipment (e.g., drills, screwdrivers, hammers, tape measures)Inspect and ensure quality of assembled and pre-assembled materialsPackage and prepare products for shipmentWork closely with team members and support other production areas as neededMaintain a safe and organized work areaQualifications:Past assembly or similar manufacturing experience preferredAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentBasic reading, writing, and math skillsAbility to read/use tape measures, blueprints, and hand toolsStrong attention to detail and quality standardsEffective communication skillsFlexibility and adaptability in a changing environmentReliable attendance historyPhysical Requirements:Stand for up to 10 hours per dayLift 10 lbs regularly, 10-25 lbs frequently, and 25-50 lbs occasionallyPerform overhead and shoulder-level work as requiredFull range of motion in arms and wrists, with good hand dexterity and grip strengthComfortable performing repetitive tasks on a rotational basis
