Lead Quality Engineer

Lead Quality Engineer – Lead II - Software Testing UST is searching for a Lead Quality Engineer who will design and develop automation scripts using Selenium (Java)/Playwright (Typescript), Appium and REST API frameworks. Responsibilities Lead QE activities for the designated domain Plan and drive sprint testing, automation execution, and release sign-off Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases Use AI assisted testing solutions to accelerate the testing tasks (test generation, smart test selection, failure insights, self healing concepts) Follow QE standards, processes, and continuous improvement practices Qualifications Hands‑on QE leadership – 5-6 years Automation: Selenium / Playwright, REST API – 4-6 years Programming Language: Java / C# / Python / Typescript – 3-5 years SQL knowledge – 3-5 years AI driven quality insights – 1-2 years Gitlab, CI/CD tools – 2-4 years Manual Testing – 4-6 years Test Management tools: JIRA, Qtest – 3-5 years Analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills – strong Role Location Kansas Compensation Range $78,000–$117,000 Benefits Full‑time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
