Lead Quality Engineer – Lead II - Software Testing
UST is searching for a Lead Quality Engineer who will design and develop automation scripts using Selenium (Java)/Playwright (Typescript), Appium and REST API frameworks.
Responsibilities
Lead QE activities for the designated domain
Plan and drive sprint testing, automation execution, and release sign-off
Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases
Use AI assisted testing solutions to accelerate the testing tasks (test generation, smart test selection, failure insights, self healing concepts)
Follow QE standards, processes, and continuous improvement practices
Qualifications
Hands‑on QE leadership – 5-6 years
Automation: Selenium / Playwright, REST API – 4-6 years
Programming Language: Java / C# / Python / Typescript – 3-5 years
SQL knowledge – 3-5 years
AI driven quality insights – 1-2 years
Gitlab, CI/CD tools – 2-4 years
Manual Testing – 4-6 years
Test Management tools: JIRA, Qtest – 3-5 years
Analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills – strong

Compensation Range
$78,000–$117,000
