Sr. Program Manager

Program Manager, Senior Location: Quantico, VA (100% On-Site)Job Summary: The Program Manager must have extensive experience overseeing complex government, defense, and technology programs from contract award through full performance and sustainment. The Program Manager serves as the primary point of contact (POC) for a Federal DoD PKI Support Services contract and is responsible for ensuring successful execution of all Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements. This role is empowered with direct access to senior corporate leadership and is supported by immediate corporate decision-makers to enable rapid issue resolution and proactive program leadership.Duties / Responsibilities:Lead and manage all aspects of this Federal PKI Support Services contractOversee planning, execution, and delivery of all PWS tasksServe as the primary interface with Government leadership and stakeholdersEnsure all contractual deliverables are completed accurately and on scheduleLead cross-functional technical and operational teams, including subcontractorsManage risk, schedule, cost, staffing, and performance metricsRequired Qualifications:Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT-related discipline (or Bachelor's degree plus two additional years of experience)Minimum of 10 years of experience in systems engineering or systems administration rolesActive TOP SECRET security clearance with SCI eligibilityCISSP or equivalent certificationDemonstrated understanding of DoD/NSS PKI operationsStrong communication, leadership, and decision-making skillsPhysical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
