Remote Member Advocate
A company is looking for a Member Advocate - PBM - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Field complex inbound inquiries, emails, and chat messages with professionalism and empathy
Efficiently resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues as necessary
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within CRM and AI tools for process improvement
Required Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
2+ years of Pharmacy or Health Care customer service experience
Experience with PBM Contact Center, Chat Support, AI, and CRM technologies preferred
Proficiency with computers and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
Ability to work flexible schedules, including holidays, weekends, and nights
