RN Rehabilitation Nurse
Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2196$500 CONTRACT COMPLETION BONUSOpportunity:RN - RehabJob Details:• 12-hour variable shifts: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM or 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM• 40 guaranteed hours per week• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required• Float to all inpatient units as needed• Can be put on low census/on call with minimum 2-hour call back• Patient ratio: 1:4-1:6 during day shift, 1:8 during night shift• 12-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit• Primary cases include stroke, trauma, debility, amputation, and cardiac patients• Must live outside 50-mile radius of facility• 1 year medical surgical rehabilitation experience preferred or medical/surgical background with inpatient hospital experience required• Required certifications: Wisconsin RN license, AHA or ARC BLS• Epic charting experience preferred• Must be hard-working, resilient, and adaptable to change• Any color scrubs permitted• Associate degree or certificate required, bachelor's degree preferred• Contract eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours• During flu season, unvaccinated travelers required to wear masks at all timesFacility:This comprehensive healthcare facility features a specialized 12-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit that provides care for patients recovering from strokes, trauma, cardiac events, amputations, and general debility conditions. The facility utilizes Epic charting systems and maintains high standards for patient care with structured shift rotations and float capabilities across all inpatient units.
