You will be responsible for assessing patients and developing personalized, age-appropriate treatment plans to improve their functional abilities and overall quality of life. This is a full-time, day-shift position that requires collaboration with a dedicated healthcare team and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of physical therapy practice.Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' functional abilities to determine their needs. Develop and implement individualized, age-appropriate treatment plans based on these findings.Treatment and Intervention: Provide hands-on therapy and prescribe therapeutic exercises to help patients achieve their goals. This may occasionally require specialized physical therapy training or experience to meet a particular department need.Collaboration: Work with physicians, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to patient care.Professional Standards: Adhere to the Standards of Physical Therapy Practice, maintaining professionalism and integrity in all interactions. QualificationsEducation:A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited physical therapy program is required.Licenses and Certifications:An Oregon Physical Therapist License is required upon hire.A National Provider BLS from the American Heart Association is required within 30 days of hire.
