Position Overview: Specialty: Developmental-Behavioral PediatricsLocation: Near Palmer, AKStart Date: ASAPContract Length: OngoingPosition Type: Locum TenensCoverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only Key Responsibilities: Clinical Care:Provide outpatient care for a diverse pediatric patient population focusing on developmental-behavioral health.Manage and support children with developmental disorders, behavioral issues, and other related conditions.Work within an established patient base in a supportive and collaborative environment.Schedule:1-2 weeks of coverage per month.Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, with no after-hours or weekend call responsibilities.EMR System:Utilize the Epic EMR system for all patient documentation and management.Certification and Licensing:Must be board-certified or board-eligible in Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics or Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (NDD).An active Alaska medical license is required; unfortunately, licensing reimbursement is not provided for this position.
