Come explore one of our many opportunities and grow with us!How You’ll Make An ImpactAs a Solutions Consultant at Ntiva, you’ll focus on helping SMB and mid-market organizations modernize IT, improve security, and reduce operational risk through long-term managed services, not transactional selling. This role is designed for a consultative, quota-carrying seller who wants to own a defined territory while being supported by a strong MSP platform.Summary of Location and HoursThis is a hybrid-remote role, 10% onsite client meetings in Austin, TX and the surrounding areas and approximately 90% remote.Must have a valid driver's license and insured vehicle.What You Will Be DoingOwn the Austin, TX territory and drive new-logo revenue through annuity-based managed services agreementsDrive new-logo acquisition through outbound prospecting, referrals, and inbound opportunitiesConduct structured discovery to understand business drivers, IT gaps, and growth plansPartner with internal technical teams to design and scope managed IT, cloud, and security solutionsPresent tailored proposals that clearly articulate value, ROI, and long-term impactManage opportunities through the full sales cycle using CRM tools, maintaining accurate forecastingMaintain accurate CRM data, forecasts, and account plansBuild strong referral networks through satisfied clients, partners, and local business organizationsWhat Success Looks LikeConsistently achieving monthly and quarterly new-logo targetsMaintaining healthy pipeline coverage (125%+ of quota)Building long-term client relationships with low churnBecoming a trusted advisor in the (enter location) SMB/mid-market communityWhat You Bring5+ years of IT sales or business development experience3+ years selling managed services or complex technology solutionsTrack record of quota attainment in a full-cycle sales roleComfort selling to SMB owners and executive-level decision-makersStrong organizational, time management, and communication skillsCRM experience and disciplined pipeline managementWillingness to travel statewide as neededBonus Points forA strong plus: experience working within an MSP or Value-Added Reseller (VAR) organizationExperience selling cloud, security, or compliance solutionsA deep understanding and/or certifications in Microsoft 365Familiarity with ConnectWise, HubSpot, ZoomInfoBenefits And PerksMedical, Dental and Vision coverage for employees and family 401k + company-matched contributions 4% match on 5% contribution - no vesting period! Dynamic Recognition and Rewards Clear Promotion and Advancement Tracks Work with Industry-Leading Talent The base salary ranges from $75,000 to $90,000, plus a performance-based commission plan. On-target commission is approximately $65,000 at 100% quota attainment, with typical earnings ranging from 75% to 125% of target based on performance. High performers may exceed quota and have earned $300,000+ in total annual compensation. The base pay offered may vary depending on multiple non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, and PTO. This includes following Ntiva’s IT User and Security Policies that include but are not limited to password-protecting all equipment, keeping confidential and proprietary documents secure, refraining from using public Wi-Fi, having adequate arrangements in place to avoid significant interruptions from caregiving responsibilities during work hours (except in emergency situations with manager approval).
