Apply today!Material Handler Responsibilities:Unload incoming shipments; verify quantities and conditions against purchase ordersOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, or dollies to transfer materials between docks, warehouse areas, and production zonesAccurately pick materials for production or customer shipments; pack, crate, label, and stage items securelyMaintain accurate stock records using ERP/WMS systems; perform cycle counts and report inventory discrepanciesConduct daily inspections of material handling equipment and report any issuesEnsure work areas are clean, organized, and comply with safety policiesCoordinate with warehouse, production, procurement, and shipping teams to support seamless operations and resolve issues promptlyRequirements for Material Handler:High School Diploma or GED equivalent1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse settingOSHA forklift certification and safe operation experienceFamiliarity with warehouse management or ERP systemsAbility to lift up to 50100lbs regularly and stand for extended periodsBasic computer literacy and data entry skillsStrong organizational, communication, and teamwork abilitiesExperience in the electrical or manufacturing sector (e.g. heating elements, appliances) preferredAdditional certification in pallet jack, crane, or HAZMAT handling preferredAbility to work variable shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed is a plus
