As the hub of our daily operations and often the first point of contact for customers, you'll play a key role in delivering the exceptional service that sets us apart and helps our business thrive.Responsibilities:Handle reorders and warranty claimsAssist customers in showroom and over the phoneProvide administrative supportUnload product from delivery trucksCross train into all areas of office administrationKeep our CRM updatedQualifications & Skills:High school diploma, two-year degree preferred but not requiredPrior customer service experienceExcellent communication, both verbal and writtenMotivated self-starterGreat organizationAbility to prioritize and be flexibleBasic computer skillsCompensation & BenefitsPay: $19-22/hour (based on experience)Health insurance contribution401(k) with up to 4% company matchPaid time off (PTO)Full-time, Monday–Friday OR Tuesday-Saturday schedule (daytime hoursIf this describes you, send us your resume and or expression of interest with the subject: “I’m Organized” to apals@budgetblinds.com#hc247254
