American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) position at a Level II Trauma, comprehensive stroke center facility, requiring ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications with night shift availability.Job Details• 24-bed Progressive Care/Stepdown/Telemetry unit,• Comprehensive stroke center, Level II Trauma, and Chest Pain Accredited facility with capability for complex PCI and open-heart surgery patient care,• Patient ratio of 1:3-4,• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 18:45-07:15,• Epic EMR used; experience preferred,• 13-week contract,Job Requirements• Active ID or compact RN license required,• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS,• Minimum 1-2 years of RN experience required,• Epic charting experience preferred,• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible,Additional Information• No travel pairs or groups accepted for this position,• Former permanent staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 1 year before being eligible as a traveler,• Up to 3 days of RTO may be approved; no RTO permitted during the first week of orientation,• 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration,
