A family investment office in Miami is looking for a controller to lead day-to-day financial needs for the office and for family members.Responsibilities include:General ledger, oversee the payment of invoices, reconcile accounts, create reporting packages, coordinate and provide information for tax providers. And assist with other financial activities as needed.Administers investments or the family, including reviewing reports from managers for issues and inconsistencies and reconciling investment reports.Handles bills for the office and the patriarch and matriarch, including supporting their houses.Requirements:5+ years of accounting and financial reporting experience.CPA and/or MBA is a plus.Proficient with QuickBooks, Excel, and other Microsoft applications.
