We are hiring for two distinct tracks: 1) Clinical Supervisor & Therapist (LCSW Required) The Role: A strategic, growth-oriented position. You will provide high-quality therapy while transitioning into a clinical leadership role as our clinic expands. Special Requirement: Must hold a valid NJ Certificate of Clinical Supervision (or be eligible within a few months). The Path: Direct clinical practice (Phase 1) transitioning into supervising our LSW/LAC team members (Phase 2). 2) Licensed Associate Therapist (LSW or LAC) The Role: Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to diverse populations in a supportive, learning-focused environment.
