Apply via Dice today!Senior Manager of Sales & Growth - AI & Cloud - Microsoft Practice Location: Bellevue, WA, USAWork Mode: Hybrid Mode (Willingness to travel approximately 40%)Employment: Full-Time Permanent RoleJob DescriptionSenior Manager of Sales & Growth - AI & Cloud - Microsoft Practice (West Region)The Role As Senior Manager of Sales & Growth, you will drive Company’s expansion of Microsoft Fabric and Azure solutions across Cloud, Data & AI services. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting through close—cultivating relationships with enterprise decision-makers and building go-to-market strategies alongside Microsoft field teams and ecosystem partners.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive revenue growth across the Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Cloud, Data & Analytics portfolio for the West Region. Build and execute go-to-market strategies in partnership with Microsoft field. Develop and manage sales pipeline, pursuing new business opportunities across US enterprise accounts. Champion Company’s AI solutions—including Agentic AI for Fabric Migration, Document Intelligence, and Azure AI Foundry and Copilot Studio implementations. Achieve or exceed quota targets across revenue, client relationships, and new customer acquisition. Navigate complex client organizations, building trusted relationships at C-level and mid-management. Collaborate cross-functionally with pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams across time zones. Develop account and opportunity plans; communicate Company’s value proposition and differentiated services. Qualifications7+ years of enterprise sales experience in IT services or consulting, specializing in Microsoft Azure, Data, AI, Cloud, or Modernization. Bachelor’s degree required. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a high-growth or start-up environment. Deep knowledge of Microsoft’s ecosystem; experience with Microsoft district or industry teams preferred. Strong solution-selling and value-based selling skills in the enterprise applications space. Ability to build and manage C-level relationships and navigate complex client organizations. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Understanding of CLM/ERP/Procurement solutions is a plus. Willingness to travel approximately 40%.
