FULLY REMOTE / Procore + Viewpoint / Construction Data Scientist

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Data Guru to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets to gain insights and inform business decisions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data analytics, machine learning, and data visualization, with a strong focus on data quality, accuracy, and integrity. Must have EXTENSIVE experiance with Procore and Viewpoint software Must have strong financial experiance with knowledge of construction project accounting **Duties:** - Procore and Viewpoint administration, usage and optimization across entire team - Assisnt accounting team with project accounting related issues - Utilize machine learning frameworks and analytics tools to develop predictive models and deploy them effectively. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions to drive growth and improve operations. - Collaborate with teams to design and implement scalable solutions to business problems. - Use programming languages such as VBA to create data visualizations and reports. - Develop and maintain databases, ensuring data consistency, integrity, and security. - Apply advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in large data sets. - Implement AI and big data technologies to extract insights from unstructured data sources. - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. - Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science, machine learning, and AI, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization. **Experience:** - Expert level knowledge of Procore - Expert level knowledge of Viewpoint (w/Procore integration) - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. - At least 3 years of experience in data science, data analysis, or a related field. - Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL. - Experience with data analytics tools such as Spark, Tableau, or Power BI. - Familiarity with database design and data modeling principles. - Experience with machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
