BIM Coordinator

Job Description Supports BIM coordination activities for airport capital improvement projects by assistingproject teams with model organization, digital workflows, Autodesk platform support, andstandards compliance. The role focuses on coordination, documentation support, filemanagement, and assisting with implementation of established BIM processes andworkflows.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist project teams with BIM coordination activities for Revit and Civil 3D projects.Support management and organization of BIM files, shared coordinates, and projectmodel structures.Assist with publishing, tracking, and maintaining models within Autodesk ConstructionCloud (ACC).Support coordination meetings by preparing model files, documentation, and issuetracking logs.Assist with maintaining Revit templates, shared parameters, and BIM documentationstandards.Help monitor model organization and compliance with established BIM workflows andstandards.Support data exchanges between Revit, Civil 3D, and other project platforms.Assist with migration and organization of project files into Autodesk ConstructionCloud.Provide technical support to project teams related to BIM workflows and filemanagement.Coordinate with internal departments including AIS, EPMS, Document Control, and project delivery teams.Assist with Autodesk user setup, access coordination, and platform support requests.Support development and maintenance of BIM workflow documentation and training materials.Assist with QA/QC reviews of BIM models and project documentation for consistency and completeness.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, InformationTechnology, or related field preferred.2–5 years of experience supporting BIM coordination or digital delivery efforts.Experience supporting design or construction teams utilizing BIM workflows preferred.Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented project environment.Company DescriptionSubcontractor for MHR InternationalCompany DescriptionSubcontractor for MHR International
