Principal Consultant, Forge Secure AI Role

Lead Forge Secure AI (FSAI) engagements as a Principal Consultant at iTmethods. Shape our methodology and build an impactful team for regulated environments on a hybrid basis. The ideal candidate will oversee the first cohort of FSAI engagements, set up the Forward-Deployed Engineer practice, and report directly to the CEO. This founding individual contributor role allows for growth; after proving your leadership, you can aim for a Vice President position or stay on the senior IC track. You'll be responsible for hiring and mentoring the next wave of talent and co-selling with global advisory partners. Key Responsibilities Lead FSAI engagements and active-remediation Sprint cadence Codify methodology and scale practice effectively Hire, mentor, and onboard new team members Build and manage pipeline within Forge accounts Collaborate with global advisory partners on sales efforts Requirements 10+ years' experience in AI, security, or platform engineering Proven engagement leadership at CISO, CIO, or CDO level Deep technical expertise in AI gateways and policies Familiar with regulatory frameworks and terms Successful track record in revenue generation Harness your AI expertise and leadership skills to shape Forge Secure AI's future with iTmethods.
