This individual will play a critical role in ensuring employees, technicians and internal stakeholders have the knowledge and technical capability required to support complex cooling systems and mission-critical infrastructure.Working closely with Field Service, Engineering and Product Management teams, you will be responsible for developing, delivering and continuously improving technical training initiatives that drive operational excellence and customer success.Key Responsibilities• Develop and deliver technical training programs across North America• Lead certification and technical enablement initiatives for field service and technical personnel• Partner with Field Service, Engineering and Product Management teams to identify training needs and skill gaps• Create and maintain technical training materials, presentations, manuals and learning resources• Deliver classroom, virtual and hands-on technical training sessions• Support onboarding and ongoing development of technical personnel• Track training effectiveness and continuously improve training programs• Travel approximately 25% to support training activities across company locationsRequirements• 5+ years of experience developing and delivering technical training programs• Strong knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, cooling systems, mission-critical infrastructure or related technical equipment• Experience supporting Field Service, Engineering or Technical Support organizations• Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences• Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings, electrical schematics and engineering documentation• Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills• Experience within cooling, thermal management, HVAC, data center infrastructure or related industries preferredWhy Consider This Opportunity?• Join a global market leader within the rapidly growing mission-critical cooling sector• Work within one of the fastest-growing industries driven by AI, cloud computing and data center expansion• Opportunity to influence and shape technical training programs across North America• Exposure to advanced cooling technologies and mission-critical infrastructure• Collaborative, engineering-driven culture with significant opportunities for professional growth• Competitive salary, bonus structure and comprehensive benefits package
