🚀HRIS Administrator Wanted! 🚀We are seeking a skilled HRIS Administrator to join our team as the HR Lead for an ongoing HRIS system implementation. This role will involve crucial tasks such as testing and configuration, security administration, report writing, and system optimization. You will play a key role in coordinating cross-functional dependencies between HR, Benefits, IT, Budget, and Payroll, ensuring seamless integration into our existing infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:Support all HRIS systems, including needs analysis, design, testing, deployment, and user training.Maintain and administer ad hoc reporting tools for end users.Design user-friendly processes and documentation to enhance the HR experience.Ensure compliance with data protection laws and maintain data integrity.Collaborate with IT for regular assessments and improvements.Identify and resolve issues for enhanced user experience and system integration.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in information systems or computer science (Required)Minimum 7-8 years of experience as an HRIS Administrator (Required)Proficiency in HRM Software (e.g., UKG, Zoho People, Workday HCM) (Required)Strong database management and SQL query skills (5 years preferred)Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (Required)
