Role Title: Construction Superintendent Location: Summit County Colorado – Vail, Breckenridge, Frisco, Silverthorne. Can pull people willing to travel from Denver, CO area as well. Shift: M-F 8-5pmRole Type: Direct, full-time, long-term positionPay: $ 110k-140k depending on experienceWork Authorization: US Cit, Green CardKeys/notes:Industry is a large commercial construction General Contractor.Projects are big multi-family projects in the mountains outside of Denver up in Summit County.OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for ground-up multifamily construction projects. This role is responsible for coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and in accordance with quality standards.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily on-site construction activities for multifamily projects from sitework through project closeoutCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to maintain schedule and productivity targetsDevelop and manage short-term schedules aligned with the overall project timelineEnsure compliance with safety programs, OSHA standards, and company policiesReview drawings and specifications to ensure accurate execution of scope and resolve field issuesCollaborate with project managers, inspectors, and engineers to track progress, manage RFIs, and support successful deliveryRequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on multifamily or commercial construction projectsExperience managing ground-up multifamily construction (apartments, podium, wrap, garden-style, or mixed-use residential)Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and subcontractor coordinationAbility to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedulesProven ability to manage safety, quality control, and on-time project deliveryExperience using construction management software such as Procore, MS Project, or similar tools preferred
