Quality Manager
Quality Manager The Quality Manager is responsible for leading and managing corporate quality functions, including overseeing certification audits, maintaining and enhancing integrated management systems, and ensuring continuous improvement in products and services. This role will also oversee the quality team in Mexico, driving quality assurance efforts across all operations to meet organizational goals and customer expectations. Essential Functions: Corporate Quality Management Leadership & Team Management Continuous Improvement Quality Assurance Cross-Border Coordination Reporting & Documentation Skills and competencies include strong knowledge of ISO standards and integrated management systems, excellent leadership and communication skills, proficiency in quality improvement tools, and bilingual (English/Spanish) communication. Desired Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field (required). 5+ years of experience in quality management, including experience with certification audits and integrated management systems. Proven experience managing and leading teams across borders, particularly in Mexico. Supervisory Responsibility: This position manages all employees of the department and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within that department. Work Environment: Office environment with periodic visits to warehouse and refurbishment facilities in both the U.S. and Mexico. Travel between Texas and Mexico may be required (approximately 20%-30% of the time). Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. This position may periodically require long hours and weekend work. Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The job primarily involves sedentary work in an office but may require walking and bending while visiting operational facilities. Legal Requirements: Authorized to work in the United States.
