We are seeking Refurbishment Associates to join our dynamic team. This role involves receiving, handling, cleaning, testing, and packaging electronic devices while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Successful candidates are self-motivated, reliable, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment.**Essential Duties, Functions and Responsibilities**Join our dynamic team and play a vital role in preparing products for shipment at Refreshed Tech. Responsibilities include: Packing, wrapping, and labeling items with care and accuracy Inspecting products for quality Assembling containers or boxes as needed Ensure that all packages meet company standards for shipping presentation Keep work areas clean and organized, and follow established procedures for handling materials. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move packages of varying weights are essential. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required-training will be provided.Competencies/Skills/Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail. Excellent accuracy and quality control Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Proficient with packing and printing labels.Preferred Education And Experience Experience: No experience required! We provide on-the-job training. Education: High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.Work EnvironmentWork is typically performed indoors in an environmentally controlled office environment. There is little to no exposure to extreme environmental conditions and/or job hazards. No personal phones, smart watches, headphones or earbuds are allowed past the metal detector, on to the production floor.
