Database Developer - Vista Viewpoint

Database Developer This role is full remote - work from home.Required Skills - Vista database; Viewpoint ERP; T-SQL; data management; SQL permissions; data modelingJob Duties:Perform requirements gathering, design, development, testing and implementation functionsDevelop scripts, procedures and triggers for legacy ERP conversions and data migrationsCreate or modify database objects such as views, functions, stored procedures and triggersWriting optimized queries for integrations with other applicationsIn-depth understanding of data management including SQL permissions, security, monitoring and data modelingCoordinate with the Development Manager and System Administrators to maintain stable and reliable databasesWork with developer team to establish best practices for database storage and organizationRespond to support requests for bugs & issues reportedEvaluate and recommend changes to current and future database products and servicesJob Requirements:3+ years of demonstrated work experience as a Database DeveloperExtensive experience writing code in T-SQLExperience with Viewpoint Vista database requiredIn-depth understanding of data management including SQL permissions, security, monitoring and data modelingBachelor's degree in management information systems, Computer Science/Engineering, or a related disciplineDesired Skills & Experience:Experience with other construction ERP databases (SAP, JDE, Sage, Spectrum, CMiC) - NOTE: does not negate the required experience with Vista ViewpointHeavy construction related experienceRequired Skills: SSIS, Oracle
