Apply today and help us build strong beginnings, one new hire at a time.What You'll DoCreate a Welcoming & Professional Hiring ExperienceSupport full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer coordinationPartner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelinesServe as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging experienceMaintain accurate candidate records and workflows in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Lead New Hire Orientation & TrainingCoordinate and conduct new hire orientation sessionsFacilitate onboarding activities including paperwork, compliance requirements, and system accessDeliver and support new hire training to promote confidence and engagementAct as a resource for new employees during their onboarding journeySupport HR Systems & ProcessesMaintain employee records in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)Track onboarding progress and assist with reporting and metricsHelp evaluate and improve recruiting and onboarding processesRequired QualificationsWhat We're Looking ForOne to two (1-2) years of experience in recruiting and onboardingAssociate (two-year) degree required; Bachelor's degree preferredProficiency with ATS and HRIS systemsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent communication, organization, and time management skillsThe Qualities That Set You ApartApproachable, organized, and people-centeredComfortable leading group orientations and training sessionsDetail-oriented with the ability to balance multiple prioritiesProfessional, proactive, and dependableA team player who values collaboration and servicePay range, depending on experience: $22.00 to $26.00 per hourHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off, including vacation, sick leave, and holidaysRetirement savings plan with company contributions or matchingTuition reimbursementProfessional development opportunities, including training, certifications, and conferencesEmployee wellness programsEmployee recognition programs and team celebrationsEqual Employment Opportunity StatementMennonite Village values diversity and inclusion and is committed to equal employment opportunity for all.
