Delivery Driver

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Delivery Driver to support the daily distribution of meals and snacks to local schools. This role involves fulfilling assigned orders, accurately counting items loaded onto the delivery truck, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. Operating a delivery truck on public roadways, the driver serves as a key part of the customer service experience for Revolution Foods.Candidates must have a valid state-issued driver’s license, experience operating a 16-ft box truck, and a clean driving record.What You'll DoDeliver meals and snacks to assigned school sites based on daily delivery plans and routesVerify daily routes and coordinate with dispatch regarding changes, delays, or road conditionsLoad, pack, and accurately count all orders before departure according to company specificationsSafely operate a company delivery van/box truck on public roadsPerform pre-trip inspections and complete daily truck checks, including fuel levelsMaintain full operational control of the vehicle and exercise sound judgment while drivingInspect food items for quality and perform spot checks during loading, delivery, and unloadingEnsure food safety standards are followed, including temperature checks for chilled productsReport any food safety or quality concerns to management immediatelyVerify deliveries, obtain signatures, and complete all required delivery documentationTrack and report any shortages, rejections, or discrepanciesCommunicate professionally with school staff and provide excellent customer serviceMaintain a positive, respectful, and professional demeanor at all timesFollow all food safety, workplace safety, and PPE requirementsUse delivery equipment safely, including pallet jacks, dock plates, straps, pallets, and related toolsMaintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the delivery vehicle and equipmentReport vehicle maintenance issues, accidents, or property damage immediatelySupport loading, unloading, additional routes, and other operational tasks as neededWhat You BringMinimum 1 year of delivery driving experience operating a 16’ box truck or similar vehicleValid Class C driver’s license with a clean driving recordAbility to pass a driving test, background check, TB test, and drug screeningBasic knowledge of food safety and handling requirementsStrong attention to detail and accuracy in order verification and documentationAbility to work early morning, flexible schedules, and varied shiftsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs as neededStrong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers and team membersSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage assigned routesReliable, punctual, and professional attitudeWork Environment Fast-paced, route-based delivery environment supporting school sites and customer locationsWork performed in delivery vehicles, warehouse settings, and at school sitesExposure to refrigerated, chilled, and occasional freezer conditionsRoutine exposure to varying weather conditions, including hot, cold, and wet environmentsPhysically active role requiring standing, walking, bending, lifting, loading, and unloadingFrequent use of delivery and warehouse equipmentRoutes and schedules may change based on business needs, with assigned timeframes for completionShift & HoursSchedules vary by shift, with start times between approximately 4:00 AM – 5:30 AM and corresponding end times between 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM. Flexibility may occasionally be required to support production needs, operational issues, or special projects.Base Pay $23.50 USD per hour
