Surgical First Assistant - Plastic Surgery

Job Description Per Diem Plastic Surgery First Assistant (PA-C or MD, Experience Required) We are seeking a skilled and reliable per-diem First Assistant to support our plastic surgery team on operative days. Responsibilities: Assist the surgeon during plastic surgery procedures Maintain a sterile field at all times Perform suturing and provide intraoperative support as needed Ensure efficiency and adherence to surgical protocols in the OR Qualifications: Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Medical Doctor (MD) Must have surgical assisting experience in plastic surgery Proficient in suturing techniques Strong understanding of sterile technique and operating room protocols Schedule: Per-diem, surgery days only Flexible availability required based on surgical schedule Additional Requirements: Professional, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced surgical environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Company Description Rowe Plastic Surgery is a multi-location cosmetic and reconstructive surgery practice with offices in New York, New Jersey, and Florida, staffed by board-certified plastic surgeons.
