This is an in-person role providing 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings.ResponsibilitiesProvide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in various settings.Collaborate with BCBA to implement treatment plans.Document progress and maintain accurate records.Communicate effectively with families and team members. QualificationsRegistered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.High school diploma or equivalent; further education in psychology or related field preferred. Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Compassion and patience when working with children. Preferred SkillsExperience in ABA therapy or working with children with special needs.Knowledge of behavior management techniques.
