This full-time, on-site role involves delivering engaging and effective mathematics instruction while fostering a positive, Christ-centered classroom environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver engaging math lessons for grades 7–12Create lesson plans that accommodate diverse learning stylesAssess student progress and provide timely, constructive feedbackOffer individualized support to help students succeed academicallyFoster critical thinking and problem-solving skillsMaintain a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environmentCollaborate with colleagues and administration to enhance student learningIntegrate biblical principles and worldview into instructionQualificationsStrong content knowledge in Mathematics and Mathematics EducationExperience with lesson planning and differentiated instructionValid teaching certification (or ability to obtain certification)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to engage, motivate, and inspire studentsPassion for Christian education and faith integrationBachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related fieldPrior experience teaching secondary students is a plusAlignment with the mission and values of Christian Academy of MadisonMust pass a background checkSalary & BenefitsSalary Range: $27,000 – $45,000 (based on education and experience)5 personal days per year403(b) retirement planSupplemental insurance options through AFLAC50% tuition discount for dependent childrenWhy Join Us?At Christian Academy of Madison, you’re more than a teacher—you’re part of a mission.
