Experienced Server/Manager – Drum & Quill Public House Join one of North Carolina’s most authentic and beloved pubs, Drum & Quill, located in the heart of Pinehurst. We’re seeking an experienced Server who will also assist in Managing Server Staff to lead our front-of-house service team with energy, professionalism, and pride. The ideal candidate has strong leadership and hospitality skills, ensures exceptional guest experiences, and supports a positive, accountable team culture. This position is compensated as a manager and also receives tips, offering both leadership responsibility and earning potential within one of Moore County’s most popular gathering spots. Located in the heart of the tall pines of Pinehurst is a storied authentic American tavern-Drum & Quill. With the hiring of a new Executive Chef, Kat Wiggs, Drum & Quill is the hottest gastropub pub in the area. The \Drum\ represents famous golf writer Bob Drum, and the \Quill\ represents the pen he used to immortalize Arnold Palmer as they founded Golf's Pro Grand Slam. Drum & Quill is a legendary historic pub in a landmark building in the heart of Old Town Pinehurst. Authentic pubs were the bedrock of a young nation because they were traditional establishments that provided travelers with the comforts of food, drink, local music, a room, and maybe feeding their horses.
